Perfect location, quiet and calm street, very clean rooms, comfy bed, good breakfast, nice wellness facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and surrounding attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms offer a great view and are equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel's location was ideal for us as it was close to the Tatra Mountains National Park and had easy access to the city center. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and warm. They even organized a delicious breakfast box for us on our early check-out day. The hotel facilities were great and we loved the cozy swimming pool area and sauna. The breakfast had a great variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages.

We found the beds to be too soft and uncomfortable, which affected our quality of sleep. one of the amenities was broken upon arrival and no compensation was offered.

Spent Easter weekend in a hotel close to the green forests and quiet trails, where fresh air and nature dominate. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the plates served by the restaurant were delicious. Two positive aspects of the hotel were a variety of meats and fresh veggies that the restaurant offered every morning and the location near the National Park with a perfect starting point for hiking trails. Also, the hotel has a peaceful and calming atmosphere contributing to restful sleep.

I disliked that the rooms were old and outdated. The bed was very soft and created a hole when laid down, which was uncomfortable. Another downside was the pool, gym, and sauna working hours that were limited to the evening. It would have been nice to get a morning exercise before the breakfast or midnight swimming option.
